Environmental and Hazardous Waste Management

Environmental Management - Hazardous Waste Operations Regulations

PHASE Associates knows that understanding and complying with environmental regulations and handling hazardous waste can be challenging. Our team of hazardous waste management experts will help you interpret and execute the regulations required by the federal, state and local governments. The ultimate goal is to keep our environment safe, and your workplace and employees safe, too.

Community Air Monitoring

PHASE Associates professionals are experienced in community air quality. We provide community air monitoring services to identify and alert our clients of airborne contaminants that are suppressed and confined to the property site under construction or being remediated.

We also develop and implement Community Air Monitoring Plans (CAMPs) following applicable federal, state and municipal regulations. We would develop an air monitoring strategic plan, provide the applicable air monitoring instruments, datalog and field log the data/documentation, report and alert our building and remediation client Project Managers of air quality exceedances.

Community RTK RCRA SARA Title III Chemical Inventory

The Community Right to Know (CRTK) program collects, processes, and disseminates the chemical inventory, environmental release and materials accounting data required to be reported under the federal Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act of 1986 (EPCRA). EPCRA is also known as Title III of the Superfund Amendments and reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA). This information is used by the public, emergency planners, and first responders to determine the chemical hazards in the community.

We offer services to conduct physical inspections, product inventory volume counts, review Safety Data Sheets for product ingredients, review of Extremely Hazardous Chemicals thresholds and electronic filings.

Environmental Assessments

Our PHASE I assessment services comply with the most recent American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) 1527E standard, as well as EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) Rule. We will customize the Phase I ESA report to fulfill the specific requirements of our client and lending institution.
