Accident Investigation Services

OSHA requires an investigative report of an accident to include appropriate documentation on date, time, location, description of operations, description of accident, photographs, interviews of employees and witnesses, measurements, and other pertinent information.

Community Air Monitoring

Community air monitoring is used to identify and alert our clients of airborne contaminants that are suppressed and confined to the property site under construction or being remediated.

Development and implement of a Community Air Monitoring Plans (CAMPs) following applicable federal, state and municipal regulations.

Air monitoring strategic plan development, applicable air monitoring instruments, data-log and field-log the data/documentation, report and alert the building and remediation Project Manager(s) of air quality exceedances.

Confined Space Entry

Customized permit-required confined space plan. This includes establishing operating procedures, identification of hazards, controls, testing, safety requirements, emergency response plan, emergency services response for permit confined space rescue, and ventilation requirements.

Confined Space Entry Rescue and Retrieval

Customized permit-required Confined Space Entry Rescue and Retrieval Team procedures and action plans created by a safety professional and Confined Space rescuer/First Aider specialist. 

Construction Outreach Training Program

Our OSHA Authorized Construction Safety instructor will conduct the 10-hour and 30-hour training.

10-hour | This training program is intended to provide construction personnel information about their rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint. 

The training emphasizes physical and health hazard identification, abate, control and prevention on a construction site.

30-hour | Intended to provide a variety of training to workers with some supervisory and safety responsibility.

Ergonomic Reviews/ Programs

Identification of hazardous ergonomic work practices or conditions at your work site. Evaluate and development of  practical solutions, and create simple and cost effective recommendations.

Forklift Truck & Other Powered Industrial Vehicles Safety Training

Behind-the-wheel and written proficiency testing and certification of Fork Lift Trucks and Powered Industrial Vehicle operators. 

Health and Safety Plan (HASP)

Health and Safety plans also commonly referred to as Safety Programs and Site Specific plans which is a major part of OSHA compliancy.

Development or updating a health and safety plan customized to meet your standards, policies and procedures, and state and federal regulatory requirements.

Job Safety Analysis/Inspections

Job safety analysis (JSA) is a detailed examination that looks at each job step to identify the health and safety hazards and recommend controls for each job task.
