Health and Safety plans are also commonly referred to as Safety Programs and Site Specific plans which is a major part of OSHA compliancy. The program components are based on the constructions standards from OSHA while complying with all state and federal regulatory requirements.

Job Safety Analysis/Inspections
Job safety analysis (JSA) is a tool that can identify and offer controls associates with specific job tasks, processes or procedures. It is a detailed examination that looks at each job step to identify the health and safety hazards and recommend controls for each. OSHA recommends JSA as a very effective means to helping reduce incidents, accidents and injuries at a job site.

Accident Investigation Services
OSHA requires an investigative report of an accident to include appropriate documentation on date, time, location, description of operations, description of accident, photographs, interviews of employees and witnesses, measurements, and other pertinent information.
Construction Outreach Training Program – 10 -Hour and 30- Hour
A PHASE Associates OSHA Authorized Construction Safety instructor will conduct this training. 10-Hour – This training program is intended to provide construction personnel information about their rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint as well as how to identify, abate, avoid and prevent job related hazards on a construction site. The training covers a variety of construction safety’s physical and health hazards which a worker may encounter at a construction site. Training emphasizes hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention. 30-hour – is intended to provide a variety of training to workers with some supervisory and safety responsibility.
